Management Team

	Thomas Bindl Founder and CEO   Thomas is the founder of Refined Labs, his ‘best idea ever’. He has been consulting corporations across the globe in search marketing since 2000 and is known as a worldwide industry leader through publications and presentations at leading conferences.
	Dr. Stephan Seitz Managing Director   Stephan holds a law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. Before joining Refined Labs in October 2007 he was working for the major law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is in charge of finances, controlling and customer care.
	Rupert Rockinger CTO   Rupert holds a degree in Computer Science from the LMU Munich and has spent eight years of his professional life working at Pangora, four of those as head of the development department, before joining Refined Labs as the new CTO.

The team of Refined Labs includes 15 people, all together in our Munich office.
