Stephan holds a law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. Before joining Refined Labs in October 2007 he was working for the major law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is currently also writing on his PhD. |

Rupert Rockinger
Holds a degree in Computer Science from the LMU Munich and has spent eight years of his professional life working at Pangora, four of those as head of the development department, before joining the Labs as the new CTO. |

Simon Gatterer
Simon studied computer science at the Technical University of Munich. He gained a broad experience working years on different internet projects. In his free time he is studying for his university diploma in business sciences. |

Tino Hertlein
Tino graduated in Computer Science at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. After that he was working half a year in the US at a research division of Siemens. He joined Refined Labs in May 2007 where his responsiblities are mainly Java-Processes. |

Jochen Mehlhorn (on Xing)
Jochen is finishing his studies in computer science at the Technical University of Munich and working for Refined Labs in his free time, wasting his talent on AJAX web application development. |

Thorsten Suckow-H.(on Xing)
Thorsten has been self-employeed for almost 8 years before joining Refined Labs. He provided PHP-consultancy and programm-ing-services and is still involved into open source projects. As an Ajax-Evangelist his passion is to combine complex user interfaces with latest browser technologies. |

Holger Arndt (Homepage)
Holger holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the TU Munich and is working on a self-employed basis for Refined Labs, where he provides data mining consultancy and develops a system for automated bid management. He is also writing his doctorate thesis. |

Manfred Schamper
For more than twelve years Manfred has been working for various internet, media and software companies in Munich. Most of the time he was programming in Perl and PHP, but now he finally managed to get his desired Java-Job at Refined Labs.

Ilja Grübel
Ilja studied computer science at the University of Passau. During his study he was involved in several international research projects. He joined Refined Labs in December 2009 where he works as a JAVA developer. |

After studying in Cologne Klaus gained general experience in developing websites and onlinemarketing. Then he spezialized to search-marketing at a leading SEM-agency. At Refined Labs he takes care of customer accounts and supports the IT as a kind of a test pilot. |

Florian Salzmann
Florian studied business management at the University of Innsbruck. Before he joined our team he gained online marketing experience in a US company. At Refined Labs, he is in charge of the customer support.
